Hearing that it sat for 9 months, I would offer one more suggestion
that saved a old old "new" printer for me.
Put a couple of cleaning carts in and run a purge file every day or
so and at the same time, re-soak the pad where the heads rest.
I did this for about 2 1/2 weeks and then tried some ink again (I
used OEM ink since a lot of people think it has something in it that
is a clog buster).
This sounds like a lot to do, but it just takes a couple of minutes
every day.
