OT for spanish printers

A quick warning for Spanish list members - DO NOT send stuff to be serviced by Microtek ( a listed Epson service centre). They charged me for a head change and other work (280euros) and actually just soaked the head. So I'm now getting perfect nozzle checks and banding with the piezo driver - despite being given strict instructions to change the head. We are now 'arguing' about this but I'm not holding out much hopes.
