Luke, I second Mark on the cleaning issue. Sticking in a set of OEM Epson carts is always my first choice in clearing up a clog that resists standard nozzle cleaning cycles. It also eliminates the printer as the problem. I have had some problem grayscale carts in the past. If the printer works fine with the Epson carts installed, then contact MIS and see if you can get them to replace the carts you have.
