I only use the spray for prints that are to be displayed without any
other protective measures. There's no need to spray prints displayed
under glass. I have done any experiment to study the the loss of dmax
due to the spray but I'm afraid there is some.

        Nick,I wouldn\ufffdt be that radical. I  print on BC SemiMatte,and used
to have bronzing even under glass,what is really VERY annoying.Then I
started to spray after Morrison's advise,and it\ufffds gone.Much better to be
confident that people won't be bending their necks in front of your print
trying to find out the best angle to see it...
