"Sureguard photographic Lacquer" > so toxic?

"Sureguard photographic Lacquer" > so toxic?

2002-07-22 by the.sophist@gmx.net

Hello,
I have ordered a can of "Sureguard" from MIS which came together with my
inks, but after reading the information on the can I wonder if this
stuff has not been developped for chemical war. It speaks of contained
chemicals that cause "birth defects" and other nice things.

This is the first time I buy this kind of products in the US, so it
might just be normal to warn of all kinds of things to protect the
company against any legal consequences...

Or is it that this stuff is really so toxic? Then I\ufffdd rather buy a gas
mask first or leave my prints alone and reprint them when they fade...

greetings Bernhard
