Digital BW, The Print

Hi everyone-

The September (no theme) exchange is now full with two alternates. I 
would like one or two additional alternates who will send in a set of 
prints.

My new procedure will be to ask several alternates to send me the 14 
photos. On ship date, I will include their pics if any other sets of 
prints have not yet arrived so that the exchange will go out on the 
date promised. 

Any alternate sets not used in the current month will have the option 
of remaining as an alternate for the next month or being included in 
the next month with space available (we will work this out by email).

Hope you all understand the need for some mechanism like this...I'm 
spending more time and energy rounding up the last couple of print 
sets...those who were on time are penalized and I'm never able to get 
the prints out on time (and/or the number is short, which means 
everyone gets back a few of his/her own).
