If you put them in film sheild bags, they will surely flag them and ask
you to remove whatever is in them. No longer do they let anything
through that can't be seen on xrays.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
