Digital BW, The Print

I've got a clog that just won't go away.  I've done numerous head 
cleanings and even tried some glass cleaner on the spongy/felt 
area under the print head.  The nozzle test repeatedly misses on 
the same areas where the clog is.  When I first flushed the 
system out with the flushing cartridges all the bars printed out. 
(using the tinted flushing fluid in inkjetmall's flushing carts.)  I let 
the printer sit for a week or so without any carts in the printer 
while I was waiting for the MIS continuous ink system.  After 
following the instructions installing the system it now shows 
clogs.  Should I pull the CFS out and try the flushing carts again?  
Will that affect how the CFS runs?  There was some mention of 
introducing air into the system.  Thanks.  I'd love to figure out how 
to get this working.
