Film/developer combo

While we are on films and developers - I would like some input. For most of my medium format work I used Kodak PanX either developed in very dilute (1:100) Rodinal or the Zone VI developer. Pan X is no longer available and I long since run out of my stock in the freezer. So I'm looking for a new 120 film. After doing some research I decided to give the Ilford Delta 100 a shot. I've found a couple developers that "claim" to give good results with this film - one from Photographers Formulary and two from Patterson (one being a two part developer which claims great latitude and flexibility). Has any one had any experience with either this film these developers or these combinations. Any other suggestions out there. Same question for 4x5. I currently use TriX/dilute HC110 but if there is something better, I'm all ears. Thanks Truman
