Digital BW, The Print

Does anyone have experience with Stair Interpolation, an alternative 
to Genuine Fractals?  I'd appreciate any pointers especially where 
in the workflow you would apply the Action.  I suppose that it would 
be just before the print routine.  I use MIS VM and an 1160.

Does anybody have a copy of the older freeware version of Fred Miranda's 
Stair Interpolation action that they could e-mail directly to me? (I think it's v1.5)
