Andre, Cost. I was assuming that you would want the Piezo/R9 plugin to go with the FS inks in a 1280 so the VM would have been a lower cost route. Remember my suggestions were budget based rather than experienced based. For ease of use for a beginner I would recommend that people start with the Piezo/R9 plugin and MIS-FS or PiezoTone inks.
