You can, and for some factors should, use two cards. This does take up a 
second slot however. Be forewarned that unless the color primaries on the two 
monitors are the same, then even custom profiling them will not achieve 
matching color; for pallet use this is not a big deal, but I use both my 
monitors for color work.
