Maybe this is some sort of production error...it does happen. At one time I had email address for the product managers (US and Europe) which should also be included. It is often good to contact as many departments as possible so the topic comes up in Staff Meetings, etc. It's also more effective to be professional and yet clear about the impact of the change. Anyhow, I'm more than willing to write - email and snail mail - if anyone has the product managers' or other department contact info, I'd appreciate it. Regards, Linda
