Yes, and it is being replaced with EEM (Endurance) as it runs out in the suppliers, same thing. Phil Morse thronxx wrote:

Best cost/great looking print ratio I've found to date is Eclipse Satine paper. Get it at http://www.inkjetgoodies.com Jerry

Which weight of the Satine? For that matter, which weight of Hahnemule Photo Rag works well for people using the 1160? Peter --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@y..., Jerry Olson <jerryolson@r...> wrote:

Peter - I use the 188 gm weight PhotoRag in an 1160 all the time and find it good in the smaller sizes that this printer takes. It's really a matter of preference, I guess. I have sheets of fome-cor that are cut to 8.5 x 11" and 13 x 19" that I put in the paper feed part of the printer so that the paper goes in well. They print identically. Use whichever one you like best. Jerry peter_in_seattle wrote:

Peter, The PR 188 works great in the 1160. I've never had a feed problem with this paper. Never used the 308 version, but I would suspect that it would be problematic since I've had many issues feeding Somerset Photo Enhanced through my 1160. Never used Satine. FWIW. Alan Huntley

But I have tons of problems with Somerset Photo Enhanced as the surface is too "powdery" the printer rarely can grab the paper - than it messes the printer up for grabbing other paper. John V

John, Thanks for the info. This could be the reason for my problems feeding thicker stock through my 1160. At the time, I was using quite a bit of SPE.
