management system is supplied by M$...  ;-)

Considering work on Wilhelm Research's new site is being done under 450 lux
illumination for 12-hour days at 75-deg F and 60% relative humidity, we can
extrapolate that the new site will be ready in 2.718 more years.

It is UP.. I haven't had a chance to actually go in and look.. Busy 
ansering e-mail and moderating at the moment..

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
