Rick,
I can certainly set something up, but given the wide range of choices
I think what I would do would be more along the lines of catagories
and maybe as two polls. One image source, 35mm, MF, SLR digital etc.
and another scanner poll with catagories like Flatbed, 35mm film, MF
film, etc.
Let me give it a little thought so I keep down the number of dumb
mistakes.
