Digital BW, The Print

Actually two questions. I'll be getting IP5 Friday but unfortunately 
John (and tech support) are away currently. So for those that have 
done it on Windows 2000:

1) The online colorbyte quickstart instructions (which mention 7600 
but not 2200 btw) stress that the Epson driver file EPFWP.INF must be 
loaded for firewire. This file, um, doesn't exist, neither on the 
Epson CD or the download Epson page for 2200. Is this a non-issue for 
2200?

2) Must one load the  entire Epson driver first? Or at least somehow 
load the status monitor to keep track of ink, if it will load without 
Epson driver first? Or does IP5 have a way of tracking ink level, and 
doing cleaning cycles, alignment, etc?

3) Colorbyte was unable to tell me what papers they currently have 
profiled, that they get asked this a lot and simply have never 
compiled a list. Seems odd to me, I'd like to gather up a few sheets 
of stuff that are already profiled. Can anyone tell me if the 
following papers are profiled?

Inkjetart Micro Ceramic Luster
Epson Premium Luster Photo
Epson Premium Semi-Gloss
Pictorio Pro Photo Gallery Hi gloss White Film
Hahnemule Photo Rag 308 gsm 
Somerset PE Velvet and Textured
Eclipse Satine BW 190 gsm (I'd use this one a lot)

Evenutually I'll be able to ask tech support I guess or figure it out 
when I get IP5. Nice to know before hand so I can go ahead and load 
Epson driver if needed and get paper.
