Brian, I remember having a similar problem the first time I attempted to calibrate with the reflective IT-8 chart. I believe I had to reposition AND resize (just slightly) the white box that bounds all the little white squares that are supposed to center on the patches. After you make an adjustment you then must back up or do another scan (sorry, I'm not in front of the unit now either) and see where you are -- a bit of trial and error. Anyway, it will line up pretty well but not perfect. Hope this helps . . . William Garcia
