You are correct - that is what Amazon is stating when you try to order the book!
It must be a typo - I just emailed Harald and asked him about it.

This is a well-known problem with Amazon: their database can often be
wrong for months after a book is released.  Harald probably knows about
it already, but there is little he can do personally.  His publisher's
Amazon liason *may* be able to do something.
