Epson has a product they're calling "StylusRIP Professional for the Epson
2200" (part no. C12C842862) listed for $200 on their web page (under the
Software section.)

There's not much info about it, but among other things it claims, "New
editing functionality with CMYK simulation and Grayscale control."

Of course, it's "Currently unavailable on the Epson Store."
