Digital BW, The Print

There now are new 95%ink reduction profiles for Eclipse Satine BW for 
both color and b&w for 2200. I've only tried the grey, and only 
printed Paul's step wedge at tint picker (100,0) and (100,100), but 
after 24 hours drying, the 100%k patch shows almost no mottling and is 
not lighter than the 99%k patch anymore. Also the sheen is almost 
gone. BIG difference. I think if you ask Colorbyte they will send them 
to you- you must enter 95% in all the boxes that now have 100% in them 
under color correction--->ink reduction.

I think one more iteration may be helpful but I don't think reducing 
down to 90% is needed. I think an oddball reduction number like 92 or 
93% may remove the last trace of mottling.
