Does anyone know of any packages, maybe PS plugins, that can be used to 
remove dust spots for scanned negatives for those of us not lucky enough 
to have ICE, etc.

We are sure getting soft in our old age. I remember spending hours 
spotting a print.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
