The interesting thing about arches bright white is the deep blacks you can
get on it, and it is UNcoated. Archival, of course. No, there wasn't 2 kinds
at first. The stuff I bought has a very heavy texture, so fine detail is
lost. The smoother stuff would probably be just right, IF you could still
get the good blacks.
