Paper comparison

I'm about to buy paper again. I am looking for peoples experiences. I am currently using Somerst Phot Enhanced Velvet (225 gsm). I am very please with the crisp white of the paper stock. On this paper the highlights glow and shadow detail is very good. I also like that this paper prints slightly cool. However I am not real happy that it doesn't have a lot of deep black. How does this paper compare to Photo Rag across the board - highlight rendering, base brightness, shadow detail and black. I may just by a couple boxes of both and compare but any input would be appreciated. Truman
