I use the vm-s in my 3000 and have written some special curves for the PC.

I'd use EEM and forget about Museo (blotchy & hard to feed into a 3000).  As
for EEM, I even slice off 17" pieces from a 24" roll, lay the paper between
a couple damp (sprayed with distilled water) blotter papers to flatten it,
and feed it into the front of the 3000 -- works great.

I'm not sure what kind of saw would do a good job of this.  It's an
interesting idea if it works.
