Digital BW, The Print

Here in Bangkok it's rather difficult to find many printing papers: for 
example, I wanted to try Somerset Velvet for Epson but it's not 
imported here. Even EEM is not available. However, I can get Epson 
Smooth Fine Art Paper. Can anyone who has used this paper (for color 
and B&W) with Ultrachrome inks tell me how the paper is and how it 
prints.

I assume it needs the Matte Black ink; is that right?
