Digital BW, The Print

Any experienced person tell me how I can do the following:

I want to use photos (from photoshop) to print out in large format, 
black and white in a faded form.

I want to use canvas paper and oil paint over the large format 
print.  

Can anyone tell me how I can do this or is it possible?

Is there a commercial store that prints on canvas paper before I go 
to the expense of buying equipment.
Is there equipment that does not cost and arm and a leg that will do 
this simple task?
