That would be great. get a pint or so of it and use a soft rag to coat a 
sheet of paper. or a brush?

If anyone sees this solution, let us know.

It is called InkAid
http://www.inkaid.com/

The Ultrachrome inks dry very quickly, even on glossy paper. Never could get G4 ink or Piezo ink to dry on glossy paper.
