Do you happen to know whether they were for the standard 2000P driver or 
the "metamerism fix" 2000P driver?

The metamerism fix driver came out 5/03/02 and is 5.21

The earlier driver was 5.20 dated 10/29/01

For reference, the drivers are at:

I'm guessing that in this case using the wrong driver version would 
result in significant differences

I'm quite sure the 2000P curves were before the new driver was released.
