Digital BW, The Print

Can anyone tell me what size hole/drill bit I need to use to drill the caps
on new/replacement ink bottles?  The new Ultratone VM inks arrived today and
I have to drill holes in the caps.  Before, MIS had sent two set of caps -
one with pre-drilled holes and one without.  I can experiment with hole
size, but if someone knows the appropriate diameter for the tubing with the
MIS CFS system's tubing for an 1160, I would rather not mess things up.

In case anyone else needs the reference, I ended up using a 1/8" hole for
the MIS CFS tubes and a large sewing needle to create the vent holes (due to
the fact my 1/16" drill bit was larger than the vent holes in my old 4 oz
bottles).
