1270 Driver With a 1280 Printer Stops Printing

I've been using the 1270 driver with my 1280 and Paul Roark's VM70- NCA and VMP27 curves. I like the results a lot but sometimes the printer stops mid print. Other times it'll finish but fades out about 1/4" from the end almost like nozzles are shutting down too soon. It hasn't happened with the 1280 or 1290 drivers I've used. Would an uninstall/reinstall clear it up you think? Thanks, Tom Husband
