Get some Edwal Anti-Stat Film Cleaner.

Color or B&W use.

thanks for the tip. I lived in new orleans for 14 years( moved to 
cincinnati in 1991)

put them in a tray of dektol for about ten minutes. gently rub both
sides of the film with your fingers.  Then wash them and wring a VIVA
towel out with water, and gently wipe them down, both sides. VIVA won't
leave any lint, most other brands will.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
