1290 VM Curves broken?

Hi to all, I downloaded the Roarke curves for the 1290 VM inkset. They unzipped ok, the pdf says it's cross-platform, but I get a message "Could not load the curves because the settings are invalid" on my Mac, OS9. Is this just me? Many TIA, Jeffrey http://www.happyeyeball.com
