MIS FS Quads and Cone driver

MIS FS Quads and Cone driver

Has anyone been using the MIS Full Spectrum inkset with the Cone
driver? I'm interested in hearing about the results.

Thanks,
Stan

Stan,

I have not used them myself since they are not available in a Hex set
that would work in my 1200.

I have seen three prints of the same image printed on an 1160 with
the Piezo system, MIS FS using the Piezo driver and MIS FS using the
Epson driver.

Image sharpness was idential on all three. There are slight
variations in image brightness and contract over all and locally. The
difference is on a par with what you would see switching paper brands
in silver printing.

I found all three prints to be beautiful and of the highest quality.
All these combination are completely viable and expressive mediums
for printing B&W.

Thank you very much for your very helpful observations. I am hoping
that the MIS FS inks will soon be available for 6 color printers.

Regards,
Stan
