I have done the same thing but never gotten around to reinstalling any of them without a complete clean out and replacing the cartridges. The one additional thing you should do is put rivets in the outlets of the cartridges. You can get them from MIS: http://www.inksupply.com/index.cfm?source=html/accessory.html That's under accessories if the address did not come through. Martin
