how to adjust epson1280 drivers

I've been trying to eliminate banding with MIS black only non cif feed. The workflow suggests adjusting driver. In spite of searching on all the espon print menus and PS7 menus, I can't find way to adjust driver to 1440 dpi. Would appreciate any suggestions. Alan Zimmerman

Andreas Gursky makes really really large photos...they are just
amazing...you may not think it, but at some point "size matters."
It's really worth a look if you are in SF at all.
