Call me a coward, I never refill, just buy new virgin carts :-) I consider the few more bucks well worth the messy procedure and the risk of residual foam clogging up the heads. Alessandro

In the past with the 740 i refilled the colour carts using a syringe and top filling them. I never had any problems. As I get ready to refill these carts the info that I have been reading make the process seem very complicated (bottom filiing, draining foam, etc. etc.) My fantasy was to refill using bulk MIS inks (the inkset that I have been trying out) in the same manner that I used for the colour. The page after page of technical instructions on various sites is daunting to say the least. Anyone out there refilled carts using a syringe and top filling?? Any suggestions?? Regards Bill Yahoo!
