Digital BW, The Print

My current supply of MIS hextones are about to run out and will need 
to order more ink and was wondering if anybody has had any experience 
with the Epson 1200 and the new Ultratones? What workflow/curves were 
used? Any feedback would be helpful. Also, I'm wondering if there is 
anyone in the Minneapolis/St Paul area doing B&W digital printing 
with any of the quad/hex printing inks(other than using color inks) 
to print B&W.
