Who seems to have the best prices among reliable paper suppliers for 
the Photo Rag.

John,

try inkjetgoodies - but their pricing sometimes depends on how much volume 
you are buying. Mediastreet also has good prices but their packaging is 
among the worst. 

Prices generally fluctuate over time and across sizes. inkjetmall may have a 
certain size cheaper than the rest, or digitalartsupplies may run a closeout 
special. Nobody is cheapest or most expensive all the time for all sizes - or 
they wouldn't stay in business.
