For RC papers you need the MIS Photo Black.

Matte papers -- with Eboni black.
For RC papers (& Photo K), try the Ilford Smooth Pearl. The Epson Glossy
Photo paper has the fewest reflective artifacts ("bronzing"), but it's dmax
is a modest 1.8 and it is rather thin.
Epson Glossy Paper Photo Weight (aka "Professional Glossy Paper" in 13 x 19
sheets [InkJetArt/Royce Bair says they are the same]) may also be a
contender. This paper is said by Royce to be a non-barrier paper that may
not have the outgassing problems that cause fog on glass when RC prints are
mounted under glass.
RC papers use a polyethylene coating between the inkjet receptor coating and
the cellulose paper base. In matte papers the cellulose is what permanently
holds the glycol (or other similar chemical, I think) that is in the ink
base. However, if there is a barrier, that glycol will slowly evaporate
from the inkjet receptor layer and then re-deposit itself on the glazing.
This appears to happen for a long time, and it may be a fatal flaw in most
RC paper design if mounting under glass is anticipated.
