Since a couple of weeks I use Imageprint 5.6 from Colorbyte
http://www.colorbytesoftware.com/   I first tried the demo and then ordened
the dongle and licence from ATMOS udo.machiels@...  in the UK who
made me two custom profile (made with the GrtagMacbeth
Spectrolino/spectroscanT table and Profilemaker 4.1.5.) included
in the deal. I print on the Epson SP2100 with Ultrachrome VERY neutral B&W
print which I can vary in subtle tints from bluisch over neutral to sepia,
yellowisch or greenisch.
The colorprint are also very very good .

I paid EURO 646,25  which is not cheap but for me surely worth the money!

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
