i read somewhere (i *think* in Harald Johnson's book) that Epson
Printer settings are cumulative, and if one adjusts them for an image,
that it somehow saves this setting, and the next time you go to adjust
an image, the printer driver works from those settings, so, in effect, 
you would be adjusting each image with the old image adjustments
already factored in

i may be wrong, but i am sure that i read that using the printer settings
to adjust an image, is a bad idea

does anyone have any thoughts/experience on/with this topic?
