You should be able to find a Wholesale shop in your area, if your in a decent
sized city. These places sell moulding and framing supplies to resellers,
frame shops and artists. Shipping can cancel out your savings quickly on 32x40in
boxes, plus a box of 25 32x40 rag matt is pretty heavy. I pay about 8.00 a
sheet for Cresent Museum rag 2253 and 4-5.00 for 3/16 archival fomecore. You can
get it cheaper if you order several cases at a time.

Those of you who buy your mats and foamcore at full size (32"x40")
do you get them over the internet or at your local art supply
house? They seem pretty big to ship across country but there are
probably cost advantages on the internet.

  Thanks,

  Tom

One carton of 25 sheets can be shipped via UPS. I get them from United
Manufacturers (unitedmfrs.com) for a good price.

FWIW (for what it's worth).
