thanks for your response. i downloaded without "doing anything to it".
tried holding the option key and not holding the option key. the file downloads to
my desktop but it does not appear as an ".atn" file. Instead, the file which appears is
the following: "Goodies_PSActions.sitx" which opens with "Simple Text". I know this
is not what I want; the question still remains: how to download the so-called ".atn file".

do you know how I might locate this ".atn file"?

The files are now compressed. You need to open it with Stuffit Expander - that's if 
youi are on a Mac.
