Because one of the reasons they do it is to attract people to their
web site.  Posting it here would defeat that purpose.

I support this kind of marketing as a kinder-gentler way of
advertising.

I'm not connected with InkjetGoodies, and shouldn't post their material... but
out of curiosity, I tried to discover how to do it. I realize that sometimes I
just don't see things right in front of me, but I did my darndest to find that
little "add file" button or hyperlink that the "Help" instructions indicate
should be on the "Files" directory page, after clicking an appropriate folder. I
couldn't find it. What am I doing wrong?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
