Printer noise again

I cleaned and lubricated the rod on which the printer heads travel on my 1200, but still get a loud noise at times when they return to the park position. It is a rattle almost as though the carts were rattling within the heads. A cleaning cycle takes care of the problem, but I worry about what it is doing to the printer. Any suggestions appreciated. Steve
