Digital BW, The Print

I am in the middle of printing a project and the printer stops, all the ink light start flashing along with the paper feed light

Sounds like what happens when the waste ink pad is full. Epson printers shut
down after a certain (large) amount of use, expecting you to service the
printer and have the waste ink pad replaced, at which point they clear the
usage counter again. There's info on how to fix this in the archives of the
EPSON_Printers list. Search for "flashing lights" and I'm sure you'll find
it.
