Depends on the chips on the cart whether you can use MIS 7600
inks in 220 carts + the resetter instead of the Ultrachrome set.
A rough guess: that combination is as expensive as 7 x 110 ml
Epson Ultrachrome carts.

Why keep buying new carts if the 7600/resetter works? the large 
carts are extremely easy to fill, so bulk MIS inks would bring the 
price down considerably!

Correct but you have to get 220 ml carts empty or full in the
first place to refill them :-)
It was about investments.  Like the 7600/9600 the 4000 will be
delivered with the 110 ml carts.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
