Well, I had a printing problem with the MIS-VM and it was discovered by me
and the Epson service guy that the 3 chamber cart had broken inside. I
called MIS and got another one .....but they charged me. Still like and use
the system but I was moderately surprised that I would have to pay for a
cart that had split inside.

[Digital BW] Re: CFS / CIS recommendation

Did you call MIS directly and talk to Bob about the cart? Seems very
strange and unMIS like.

Good point. I don't think I did talk to Bob because he was unavailable....if
my failing memory is correct. I also thought it was not in character for MIS
but I decided not to pursue the matter. Although I am a retired cat and
slugged by the stock market it is not my style to tell someone else how to
run their business. The shipping got a little screwed up also. Was supposed
to go directly to the service center but came to my house. Just another day
in the life...I still use the stuff and am not plagued by many clogs etc. NJ
is not a dry state in more ways than one.
