I am quickly finding CS to be a very worthwhile upgrade from PS 7. The only downside I've seen is working in high-bit mode...the files get quite large. I'll have to upgrade my RAM, now! ;>)

The integrated File Browser is sheer joy compared to 7, and, though I don't use ACR 2.0 for RAW conversions, I have played around with it. It seems functionally more adept then the previous version, and the interface is much easier to use.

I don't think you would be disappointed by the upgrade. No bugs or other issues that I've found, yet.
